The SUPER_HERO D/LAB is Duotone Windsurfing’s flagship wave sail for advanced and expert riders who live for wave riding at the highest level. It carries the D/LAB label because it represents the pinnacle of what is technically achievable in a wave sail, and it delivers on that promise from the first session.

Three things set the SUPER_HER D/LAB apart. First, an extraordinary wind range, extended in both directions. It planes earlier and stays under control at the top end. A two-sail quiver of 5.0 and 4.2 covers the same range that three standard wave sail sizes would require. Second, the lowest sailing weight achievable. Physical weight is only part of the story. Sailing weight is how the sail actually feels in your hands, shaped by responsiveness and dynamics. The INTELLIGENT CARBON XPLY CONSTRUCTION is what makes the difference: CARBON XPly in the high-load clew, top and foot areas eliminates stretch for direct, precise power transmission, while the regular XPly in the center panel above the window keeps power controlled and progressive. The result is a wave sail so responsive it feels like a natural extension of your movement on the wave. Third, ultra-light construction with no compromise on durability. The Super_Hero D/LAB uses the same film/laminate thickness as the famous standard Super_Hero, then adds the MONOCOQUE FUSION BODY CONSTRUCTION: fused panels instead of stitched ones, saving 150-200 g and forming connections stronger than the materials themselves. It is backed by a 5 YEAR WARRANTY (2+3), valid for registered original owners.

CARBON XPLY in the high load top, foot and clew area and especially at the batten pockets guarantees unsurpassed low stretch and power transmission. However, the slightly more (re)flexing regular XPLY in the body avoids the power from becoming uncontrollable
